چکیده
Aflatoxin B1-contaminated feeds and foods induce various health problems in domesticated animals humans, including tumor development hepatotoxicity. B1 also has embryotoxic effects different livestock species humans. However, it is difficult to distinguish between the indirect, maternally-mediated toxic direct embryotoxicity of aflatoxin mammals. In present study, we investigated B1-induced a zebrafish embryo model system combining toxicological, transcriptomic, immunological, biochemical approaches. Embryonic exposure induced significant changes at transcriptome level resulting elevated expression inflammatory gene network repression lipid metabolism gastrointestinal tract development-related sets. According changes, massive neutrophil granulocyte influx, nitric oxide production, yolk accumulation were observed abdominal region B1-exposed larvae. parallel, defective reduced L-arginine found our system. Our results revealed complex B1, inhibited utilization, intestinal development, inflammation.

Cardiovascular Overexpression of Transforming Growth Factor-b1 Causes Abnormal Yolk Sac Vasculogenesis and Early Embryonic Death
Transforming growth factor-b1 (TGF-b1) is expressed in the adult and embryonic vasculature; however, the biological consequences of increased vascular TGF-b1 expression remain controversial. To establish an experimental setting for investigating the role of increased TGF-b1 in vascular development and disease, we generated transgenic mice in which a cDNA encoding a constitutively active form of...
متن کاملEmbryonic exposure to sodium arsenite perturbs vascular development in zebrafish.
Exposure to arsenic in its inorganic form, arsenite, causes adverse effects to many different organs and tissues. Here, we have investigated arsenite-induced adverse effects on vascular tissues in the model organism zebrafish, Danio rerio. Zebrafish embryos were exposed to arsenite at different exposure windows and the susceptibility to vascular tissue damage was recorded at 72hours post fertil...
متن کاملHistopathological evaluation of zebrafish (Danio rerio) larvae following embryonic exposure to MgO nanoparticles
The aim of this study was to investigate the histopathological changes in zebrafish larvae following embryonic exposure to nanoparticles of magnesium oxide (MgONPs). The toxicity of metal oxide nanoparticles is attracting increasing attention. Among these nanomaterials, MgONPs are particularly interesting as a low cost and environmentally-friendly material. Histological investigations are used ...

متن کاملSystems responses of rats to aflatoxin B1 exposure revealed with metabonomic changes in multiple biological matrices.
Exposure to aflatoxins causes liver fibrosis and hepatocellular carcinoma posing a significant health risk for human populations and livestock. To understand the mammalian systems responses to aflatoxin-B1 (AFB1) exposure, we analyzed the AFB1-induced metabonomic changes in multiple biological matrices (plasma, urine, and liver) of rats using (1)H NMR spectroscopy together with clinical biochem...
